Home Veterinary Visit – from $175

We respond within 10 minutes – 24/7

  • We have a 24/7 assistant system to respond to your booking request within 10 minutes, letting you know if we can attend your requested booking on time.
  • Our visiting hours are from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm, every day, subject to availability. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred time and date.
  • Base call-out fee covers travel, professional assessment, and in-home care planning
  • Medications and procedures can be provided during the visit (additional fees apply- A clear estimate will be provided beforehand)
  • If you prefer to source medications from your chosen pharmacy, a prescription would be provided at the visit.

Home Visits

  • The Home Visit Fee includes a full clinical examination, a personalised treatment plan for your pet, and an optional 48-hour follow-up contact.
  • Additional medications, procedures, or diagnostic tests if required will be transparently quoted and only carried out with your consent.
  • If you prefer to obtain medications or procedures elsewhere, we’re happy to provide a script or referral at no extra cost.
  • There are no hidden fees in our practice — period.

Tele-Pet

  • The Tele-Pet Visit fee includes a 15-minute personalised consultation for your pet.
  • We can connect via video call, phone call, or text — whichever suits you best.
  • If your pet has been seen by us in-person within the past six months, we may be able to prescribe medication during a phone or video consultation, in line with current regulations of veterinary practice in WA.
